Q: How do I reserve a learning space?

CLR SPACES GENERAL GUIDELINES

1. Only currently enrolled Benildean Students and currently employed Faculty and Associates are allowed in the learning spaces.
2. The learning spaces are open to accommodate Benildeans during CLR service hours, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM and Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM only.
3. The spaces can only occupy a limited number of persons. A confirmed space reservation booked via the online form at https://clr-scheds.benilde.edu.ph/reserve/ is required before occupying the spaces. Please note that a Benilde email address is required.
4. Food and drinks are prohibited in the learning spaces (only for CLR-D+A Campus Discussion Rooms).
5. Any damage to property will make the occupants liable. Likewise, users are responsible for their personal property at all times.
6. When there are class suspensions, reservations made will automatically be canceled.

PROCEDURES ON HOW TO RESERVE A LEARNING SPACE

1. Go to https://clr-scheds.benilde.edu.ph/reserve

2. Select your preferred CLR  branch and type of space (ex. "Design and Arts Campus",  "Discussion Rooms").

3. Select your preferred date of visit by clicking on the go to date tab 

4. Choose discussion room number

 5. Click your preferred start time on the grid

6. Click on Submit Times

7. Read carefully the Terms and Conditions and once done, click on the "I accept the terms and conditions".

8. Fill out the form and click on Submit my Reservation.

8. Your reservations is automatically approved. Kindly keep in mind the terms and conditions that have been sent to your Benilde email address, along with the QR code for check-in/check-out. See below sample email.

9. You need to check in and out of your room by scanning the QR code posted on the door or by clicking the link sent to your

Benilde email address.
