Below are the procedures for adding Harvard Business Publishing (HPB) content in BigSky:
1.Log in to BigSky:http://https://bigsky.benilde.edu.ph/d2l/login and enter your Infonet credentials to access your account.
2. Access the Course.
3. From the specific module, click Add Existing Activities, select HBP: LMS Product Picker 1P3 from the list.
4. You should now see the HBP Picker Page. From this view, you have 3 options:
- Enter the full product number for the desired content. Make sure to include all numbers and letters.
- Select a specific e-product (HTML) type from the drop-down menu, then select an e-product title. This does not apply to cases, articles, or other PDF materials. Product numbers for PDF-based items must be entered in the text box.
- Click “Search Full Catalog” and the HBP website will open in a new tab (https://hbsp.harvard.edu). Here, you can browse the full catalog for content. Copy the product number from the website and paste into the text box back in BigSky.
5. Click Submit once your product number has been entered or your product title has been selected, then click Add Item. Content must be added one product at a time.
6. Repeat this process as needed to build your course using Harvard Business Publishing materials.
