CLR CONFERENCE/DISCUSSION ROOM 

CLR has a learning space where Benildeans can engage in interesting conversations and expand their knowledge.

A Conference/Discussion room is provided to encourage group discourse and collaborative learning among the members of the Benildean community. 

 

GENERAL GUIDELINES

  1. Only currently enrolled Benildean Students and currently employed Faculty and Associates are allowed in the conference/discussion room.
  2. The use of the conference/discussion room is for meetings, group presentations, consultations and/or activities similar in nature.
  3. A maximum of ten (10) persons can use the conference/discussion room for two (2) hours of session per day.
  4. The conference/discussion room is open to accommodate Benildeans during CLR service hours, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, and Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM only.
  5. All requests to use the conference/discussion room must be done at least two (2) days before the target day of use.
  6. Reservations can be made through https://clr-scheds.benilde.edu.ph/reserve/antipoloconferenceroom
  7. Food and drinks are prohibited.
  8. Any property damage will make the occupants liable. Likewise, users are responsible for their personal property at all times.
  9. When there are class suspensions, reservations made will automatically be canceled.
