Q: How do I reserve the Material Resources Hub?

MATERIAL RESOURCES HUB GUIDELINES

1. Benildean Students, Faculty and Associates are allowed to use and reserve the space.

2. For non-Benildeans, you may visit the MRHub from Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM - 12:00 NN and 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM. Please bring your ID for verification and security purposes.

3. Food and drinks are prohibited inside the space.

4. Any damage to property inside the space will make the occupants liable. Likewise, users are responsible for their personal property at all times.

Note: The School of Environment and Design (SED) is given a top priority to use the said space. Should the requested schedule coincide with SED's event and/or reservation for class use, the request will automatically be cancelled and/or disapproved.

PROCEDURES ON HOW TO RESERVE THE MATERIAL RESOURCES HUB

1. Go to https://clr-scheds.benilde.edu.ph. Click on "Reserve a Space" button and choose "Material Resources Hub".

2. Select your preferred date of reservation by clicking on the "Go To Date" tab. Click your preferred start time on the grid. Then, using the drop down menu, select your end time.

3. Click on Submit Times.

4. Read carefully the Terms and Conditions and once done, click on the "I accept the terms and conditions".

5. Fill out the form and click on Submit my Reservation.

6. After submitting, you will receive an email confirmation. You can also cancel your reservation by clicking on the link provided in the confirmation email.
